The studio works closely with artists, illustrators and other design professionals to enrich the creative process in a range of project typologies.
Architectural services
JUB’s comprehensive services include the preparation and evaluation of feasibility studies, identification of procurement method and delivery, outline design drafts, detailed design and planning proposals and the supervision of tender and construction to Practical Completion.
A core strength of JUB STUDIO is its expertise in conservation projects, particularly those involving listed buildings and properties located in conservation areas. This focus on preserving and enhancing historic structures has led to a strong track record in securing planning and listed building consents for a variety of sensitive projects. The practice’s experience in balancing modern design with historical integrity has been pivotal in ensuring the successful integration of new and old elements within their work.
Joe Hutton’s dedication to conservation was recognized through his inclusion in the RIBA Conservation Register, further highlighting the studio’s specialization in this field. With a commitment to both innovative design and heritage preservation, JUB STUDIO continues to work on a wide range of projects that respect the past while shaping the future of the built environment.
