T his project involves a ground and first floor extension to a three-storey terraced property within the Inkerman Conservation Area. The ground floor extension is composed of two complementary volumes: a solid brick section with contemporary glazing and a lighter, glazed lean-to that is set back to reduce visual impact. The dual pitched roofs echo the terrace’s original butterfly profiles and comply with Camden’s amenity guidelines, resulting in a sensitive and well-integrated addition.
